Q: How often do you recommend doing this course?

A: The name of the game is consistency. I recommend doing this course as often as you can show up consistently. If that's 4x/week, great. If it's 2x/week, great. Just make sure that you have non-negotiable time cut out to do it.

Q: How long are the lessons?

A: Most classes are right around 30 minutes. They can be done as a standalone class, or you can tack them on to the front or back end of a workout you already do.

Q: What kind of device to I need to take the course?

A: You can take this course from your smart phone, your tablet or your computer! - You can even AirPlay or Screen Mirror lessons to a smart TV! Any device that can access an internet browser will work just fine! And when it comes to browsers, Teachable is most compatible with Google Chrome.

Q: What equipment do I need?

A: A yoga mat, a set of yoga blocks, a chair (a folding chair without arms is best), and a towel, belt, or yoga strap.

Q: Should I go through the modules in order?

A: Yes. That being said, do not shy away from repeating lessons. You will find that the more you do each class, the more you're going to get out of it. As your flexibility and strength improve, so will your body awareness. And the more connected you are to YOU, the more "bang for your buck" you're going to get out of the movement.

Q: What if I’m not flexible? Can I still do this course?

A: 100% YES! This course is designed for all bodies—especially those who feel inflexible or uncertain about yoga. Every posture includes progressions and regressions, so you can work at your own level and build flexibility over time.

Q: I’ve taken yoga classes before but still struggle with certain poses. Will this help?

A: Absolutely. Many studio classes move quickly and don’t break down alignment in depth. This course gives you the detailed instruction you need to fine-tune your technique, so you can finally feel strong and confident in your flow.
