Class Descriptions
CHAIR FLOW - 30 Minutes of Chair-Assisted Yoga. This is a great way to build strength, flexibility and coordination while minimizing the load on your joints. It also provides a beautiful opportunity to investigate more depth and establish proper alignment throughout each posture! (A folding chair or a chair without arms is best!)
VINYASA FLOW - 30-45 Minutes of FLUID flow. These classes are thoughtfully sequenced to connect breath and movement, heat your body from the inside out, build functional strength, increase mobility, REDUCE emotional stress and leave you feeling good.
FLOW WORKOUT - 30-45 Minutes of heat. A flow workout combines elements of Yoga, Animal Flow and Strength Training to give you an efficient full-body blast that not only gets you sweating, but also teaches you to move BETTER.
